ART 180 PZ -Special Topics in Art Institution: Pitzer
Description: This class is a unique one-time opportunity to work with the Art and Ecosystem Design team SPURSE to collaboratively produce a permanent physical transformation of the Pitzer Campus. You will work directly with SPURSE, learning new approaches to ecology, urban design, and collaborative community engagement in a fully participatory manner that joins hand to head to soil to other species. Students will co-develop new emergent social relations to support the transformation of the camps through the cultivation of relationships with community partners, dining halls, student organizations and faculty.
