Student Support Services Overview


The Mental Health and Well-Being Team is a part of Pitzer’s Student Support Services Team. Student Support Services is a department within the Division of Student Affairs (DSA). Student Affairs advances Pitzer’s Mission and Core Values by providing student-centered support services and an engaging co-curricular program. We are committed to the holistic development of students, challenging students to live with integrity, and empowering students to be active participants in their own experience. 

 

Mental Health & Well-Being Team Mission Statement

The primary mission of Pitzer College’s Mental Health and Well-Being Team is to assist students in achieving a balance of their overall well-being and academic success. The team is committed to collaborating with Pitzer’s diverse community to ensure that all aspects of campus life - learning, working, and living - are accessible to all students. The team provides case management services including resources, advocacy, programming, collaboration, outreach, and direct services to facilitate academic success, create inclusive environments, wellness and achieve access and equity.
