Description: Whereas EA 129 Environmental Law student goals are to establish a solid background in legal issue spotting using case law, critical theory, and the arts, via writing and formal presentation; Environmental Law H2O will foster a solid background in negotiation (legal and otherwise) using case law, game theory, and global logistics/interstate commerce via event production and public performance.

Water will be analyzed via its legal status as an instrumentality of interstate/global commerce, subjectivity to private ownership (riparian/access rights), and domestic/international security (maritime law, just war, and game theory). Deliverables will be a mid-term cross-disciplinary water/climate production podcast/radio demo that will be used to pitch KSPC/podcast networks on a weekly/monthly environmental information show along with a Hollwyood Climate Summit to boost awareness.
