Description: This course offers an introduction and exposure to public policy analysis and the study of policy in relation to Latinx populations in the U.S. An interdisciplinary approach will be used to our understanding of the development and
implementation of public policy. This course is intended to provide students with an understanding of Latinx political activity in the U.S. and discuss questions of U.S. politics and public policy. This course will ask students to evaluate the definition of politics and what constitutes political activity specifically for Latinxs living in the US.
