Description: This course utilizes a co-constructive learning pedagogy and the design of the course will be
largely studentâ€led. The final objective of this course is to create a procedure and practice for a
restorative justice process that can be accessed as an alternative resolution for adjudicating
violations of the student codes of conduct at the 5Cs. The work in the course is guided by
organizational behavior and change theories that serve as a foundation on which to research,
design, and implement the restorative justice model at the 5Cs.
