predicting, and influencing human behavior. This course reviews the extensive body of
literature that analyzes human behavior (particularly college student behavior) through the lens
of SNT, as well as how to utilize SNT theory to facilitate cultural and organizational change. The
course culminates in students conducting social norms research at Pitzer (and the 5Cs) on
studentâ€selected topics and utilizes that data to identify opportunities to facilitate change.
