Description: Social Norms Theory and Organizational Change: Social Norms Theory (SNT) is an effective pedagogical perspective for understanding, predicting, and influencing human behavior. The course culminates in students conducting social norms research at Pitzer (and the 5Cs) on studentâ€selected topics and utilizes that data to identify opportunities to facilitate change.
