ORST 151 PZ -Student Pedagogical Partnerships Institution: Pitzer
Description: In this course, students will form meaningful, generative, and productive partnerships in service of
supporting and celebrating inclusive, equitable, pedagogy at the Claremont Colleges. Students will serve

or as Learning Experience Observers (LEO) for faculty across the 5Cs. Together we will explore the role of
feedback and reflection in promoting understanding and growth in teachers and learners. The goal of
this class is to build a community of students who engage in meaningful pedagogical partnerships with
each other, the CTL, and with individual faculty members across the 5Cs.
