ECON 186 PZ -Neuroeconomics

Description: This course explores how emerging findings at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and economics combine to inform our uderstanding of how the brain makes decisions. It is designed to “neuroeconomics for non-neuroscientists” in that I presume that most students have little or no previous exposure to neuroscience. The course will focus on teaching students how new findings in the brain sciences can inform their work in economics specifically and social sciences in general.
