RLST 109 CM -Readings in the Hindu Tradition

Description: This is a seminar-style course designed for students who have an interest in exploring the Hindu Tradition with more depth than breadth (that is, it is not a survey course). Reading and discussion topics are changeable and selected in line with the studentsâ€™ interests. The course aims to develop the studentsâ€™ ability to read both primary Hindu texts and academic interpretations of such texts. Emphasis is also placed on writing critical essays.
