Description: Advanced Research Topics: Organizational Change
This course selects important topics for review over the course of a semester for upper level Organizational Studies majors. Organizational Change will be the current focus and the course will offer an in-depth examination of change processes, models and the leadership required for organizational transformation. The course will take a critical perspective of work in the area, and theories and practices of change management which deal with the individual, group, intergroup and organizational level are discussed.
