EA 055L KS -Phys Geography & Geomorphology Institution: Pitzer/Scripps
Description: This course is a survey and analysis of the interdependent physical, chemical, hydrological, and biological processes that shape terrestrial environments. Topics include climate dynamics, chemical and physical weathering, isostasy, and the evolution of mountains, rivers, deserts, coastlines, soils, groundwater/karst systems, and glaciers. No prerequisite. Lab fee: $50.
