PSYC 157 SC -Psych of the Black Woman Institution: Scripps
Description: This course explores black women’s lives by examining various psychological phenomena from a black feminist perspective. Emphasis will be placed on the multiplicity of experience and how it is shaped by oppression and struggle. Discussion topics will include identity; mental health; sexuality; academic achievement and work. Prerequisite: Intro to Psychology.
