POLI 128 SC -Race & American Capitalism Institution: Scripps
Description: This course engages in a grounded examination of the contemporary political struggle of communities of color negotiating capitalist ideologies and practices. Students directly engage with individuals and organizations involved in social justice work rooted in working class communities of color. Foci include civil rights, environmental justice, public health, economic justice, and the criminal legal system.
