Description: We will investigate individual, group and structural
factors that work to influence patterns of behavior in organizations. The course will
incorporate a variety of methods designed to highlight important issues in the field
and students will be expected to work through individual and group projects related
to the area. Prerequisite: Orst 100 and/or Orst/Psyc 103.
