ECON 127 PO -Environmental Economics Institution: Pomona
Description: Environmental Economics. Positive and normative issues involving the optimal regulation of pollution. Analysis of environmental laws and policies and the institutions that implement these policies. Examination of incentive-based pollution control policies such as cap and trade and pollution taxes. Consideration of economic and ecological approaches towards sustainability. Prerequisites: 52 or 102.
