ART 016 PZ -Beginning Ceramic Sculpture

Description: An introductory studio course utilizing clay (and its related materials) as a sculptural medium. Hand-building techniques including pinching, coiling and slab work will be utilized. Creation of individual and group projects will focus on problem solving, acquiring technical skills and the development of ideas which express personal and provocative themes.
