ENGL 173 PZ - Desire in Literature and Culture This upper-division course examines literature and other texts that deal with how desire is constructed, represented, and consumed. It explores aspects of gender, race, sexuality, and colonialism in the rhetorical, visual, and literary construction of desire in modern works of literature and film.
Prerequisite(s): At least one literature, ethnic studies, or gender course.
