ART 037 PZ - Environments and Art

A seminar and practicum dealing with diverse aspects of the natural and human environments from the perspectives of the arts, architecture and environmental activism. “Environment” is defined here in the holistic framework as being an organism. Visionary and vernacular built forms will also be studied as these apply to human/environmental relationships. Readings and projects serve to integrate theoretical, spiritual, historical and practical viewpoints.
