SOC 116 PZ - Women and Law As part of a critical gender perspective, this course will examine A) the law’s treatment of women and gender issues and B) women’s experience of law-as defendants, lawyers, victims, natives, the justification for law, and via other relationships. Specific topics will include discrimination, human rights, gender violence and others.
